Payment Page Instructions for Bookings

  1. Package Selection:
    • Select the desired party package activities from the options provided.
    • All packages start at $350 for a two-hour duration.
    • Additional hours are discounted at $100/hr.
  2. Contact Form Submission:
    • Fill out the contact form with as much information about your event as possible.
    • Ensure to include details such as event date, location, preferred time, and any specific requests.
  3. Artist Availability and Quote:
    • Once the contact form is submitted, our team will review the information provided.
    • We will assess artist availability and tailor a quote based on your event details.
    • You will receive an email or phone call within 24 hours with the availability and a personalized quote for your selected package.
  4. Payment Options:
    • Upon receiving the quote through Square or through a third party website, you can proceed to the payment page to confirm your booking.
    • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and other secure payment methods.
  5. Discounted Rates:
    • If applicable, discounted rates beyond the base package price will be reflected in your personalized quote.
    • Any special promotions or discounts will be clearly stated in the quote.
    • Southern California customers packages start at $299.
  6. Confirmation:
    • Once booking payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your booking.
    • This confirmation will include the package selected, event date, time, location, and any additional services requested.
    • Each artist will reach out to their booking client the Wednesday before the event to go over party details.
  7. Further Assistance:
    • If you have any questions or require further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.
    • We are here to ensure your booking process is smooth and your event is memorable.
  8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • Booking payments are stated as non-refundable.
    • Booking payments may be transferred to another date once, and is dependent on your artists availability for the new date.
    • If your artist must cancel for any reason, we will find a new artist as a replacement.
    • If a replacement artist can not be found, the client will be eligible for a refund of their booking payment.
  9. Insurance vendor
    • The Party Artists is insured through Hiscox Insurance.
